After numerous and numerous--I mean 18 different variations--I finally
settled on the perfect recipe for our Ugly Muffin. This
muffin has a face only I could love, it's true. It's also hands-down
one of the healthiest on the market today, incorporating 18 all natural
ingredients and no refined sugar or flour. I strongly suggest that you
enjoy this product warm, as heating it just a little encourages the honey
to soften. It's ugly, I know--but I'm sure that you'll enjoy it as much
as I enjoyed creating it for you.
New to the Flying Star bakery case is my variation of the English
Muffin. It's a bit more buttery and dense than the traditional
English Muffin which results in a moist, flavorful, savory product. Our
test markets preferred our English Muffin lightly toasted and solo. It
has enough flavor to carry it without accouterments. Taste and enjoy.
